Stone fruit season is just heavenly. And though pies, crumbles, cakes, and other baked desserts are amazing, they require an oven and, possibly, more time than one has leading up to a summer party. Why not grill your dessert?
This simple dessert consists of grilled apricots, a scoop of yogurt*, a sprinkling of our Cranberry Cashew Compound granola, and some fresh mint for garnish. Peaches work as well, though apricots' thinner skin make them ideal. Sub ice cream for a sweeter treat, but in either case, let the fruit cool a bit to prevent melting.
