Granola Lab's Brewers Bar is a uniquely CHEWY-CRISP fruit and seed granola bar made with barley malt (also known as spent grain). To brew beer, barley malt is first soaked in water to create a mash. The resulting liquid is further processed to become everyone's favorite alcoholic beverage, but the malt itself is discarded. We were raised to reduce, reuse, and recycle, so why not utilize this perfectly wholesome resource!?

Our Brewers Bar is chock-full of healthy, delicious stuff: dried apples, apricots, dates, plus pumpkin, sesame, and hemp seeds. It’s mostly organic, VEGAN, and doesn't contain nuts. Great for kids and adults alike!

We source our barley malt from fellow Brooklynites KelSo Beer Co. (We're particularly fond of their Nut Brown Ale.)
